Safety Information – Krazy Kool Kastles
At Krazy Kool Kastles, safety always comes first. We know that when you’re planning a party, school fun day, council event, or corporate gathering, you want everyone to enjoy themselves without worry. That’s why all of our bouncy castles, soft play, and inflatables are tested, insured, and installed by trained staff, giving you complete peace of mind from start to finish.
PIPA Testing & Insurance
Every inflatable we provide, from the Peppa Pig Bouncy Castle & Slide Combo to the Energy Assault Course (35ft), is PIPA tested to ensure it meets strict safety standards. We also carry full public liability insurance, and risk assessments can be provided on request for schools, councils, and corporate events.
Professional Setup & Supervision
Our team delivers, sets up, and secures your hire at no extra cost. Anchoring, safety mats, and indoor weights are always included. For larger events, you can also hire our Staff Supervisors to oversee inflatables and ensure safe play throughout the day. This is particularly popular for Corporate Event Hire and Themed Parties with big guest lists.
Clean & Sanitised Equipment
From Soft Play Hire packages like the Paw Patrol Soft Play Package to large Obstacle Courses such as the Toxic Avenger Assault Course, all equipment is cleaned and sanitised before every booking. We take hygiene seriously, especially for toddler play zones and ball pools.
Age & Size Guidelines
Not all inflatables are suitable for all ages. We’ll guide you on the best options:
We’ll always recommend the right products for your group to ensure safe, age-appropriate fun.
Power & Venue Requirements
Most inflatables need mains power, but if your venue doesn’t have it, we can supply a Generator. We’ll also advise on space requirements and ceiling heights for indoor setups at venues like Richhill Recreation Centre, Scotch Street Youth Club, or Mahon Sports/Scout Hall.
Local, Trusted Service
We’re proud to serve families, schools, and businesses across Lurgan, Craigavon, Banbridge, Portadown, Waringstown, Donaghcloney, Dromore, Moira, and the wider Co Armagh and Co Down. Our reputation is built on reliability, friendly service, and attention to detail.

Safety FAQs
Do you provide safety mats with your inflatables?
Yes. All hires include the correct number of safety mats as standard. These are placed at entrances, exits, and slide landings to ensure safe play.
Are your inflatables insured?
Absolutely. We carry full public liability insurance. Risk assessments and PIPA certificates can be provided on request for schools, councils, and corporate events.
How do I know which inflatables are suitable for my child’s age?
Our team will guide you. For example, Mini Low Height Bouncy Castles are designed for under 5s, while larger Obstacle Courses like the Energy Assault Course (35ft) are suitable for older children and adults.
Do you clean the inflatables before every hire?
Yes. All castles, soft play, and equipment are cleaned and sanitised before delivery. We take hygiene very seriously, especially for toddler sets like the Unicorn Soft Play with Ball Pool and Paw Patrol Soft Play Package.
What if my venue doesn’t have electricity?
We can provide a Generator so your event can go ahead anywhere — whether it’s a park, sports field, or marquee.
Can adults use your inflatables?
Yes — some inflatables are suitable for teenagers and adults. Options include the Demolition Ball Inflatable, Rock n Roller Gladiator Duel, and larger Sports Inflatables.
Do you supervise the inflatables during events?
For private garden parties, you’ll be responsible for supervision. But for bigger events like school fun days or community celebrations, you can hire our Staff Supervisors who are trained, experienced, and DBS-checked.
How much space do I need for an inflatable?
Each product has different requirements, but we’ll advise you before booking. We can also recommend inflatables that fit well in indoor halls such as Richhill Recreation Centre or Scotch Street Youth Club.
